HSE Advisor - Stanlow (Industrial Services)

What you will do

• Provide HSE support to operational sites and ensure contractual HSE requirements and plans are implemented.
• Prepare HSE documentation and support compliance with CDM 2015 requirements across construction projects.
• Conduct incident investigations, identify root causes, and track corrective and preventative actions.
• Perform audits, inspections, risk-assessment reviews, and emergency-response planning activities.
• Deliver HSE inductions, refresher training, toolbox briefings, mentoring, and onsite safety conversations.
• Monitor HSE performance indicators, report deficiencies, and support continual improvement with operational and client teams.

Requirements

• Experience in auditing and inspections, incident management and investigation, and HSE legislation.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and management system standards.
• At least two years of experience in the industrial services sector.
• NEBOSH General Certificate and membership of IOSH.
• Improvement planning and coaching or training skills.
• Ability to work visibly and regularly onsite and engage with operational personnel and client HSE stakeholders.
