Health, Safety Environmental and Quality Manager - Infrastructure

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; daily on-site HSE presence is required during installation and high-risk activities.

What you will do

• Provide daily on-site HSE supervision during installation and high-risk activities, including site visits, LMRA monitoring, inspections, and reporting.
• Lead HSE processes, performance monitoring, corrective actions, project forecasting, and maintenance of approved HSE project plans.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk and safety assessments, review SWMS/RAMS, and support compliance with legislation, company policies, and local regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement across Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Coordinate and deliver HSE training, maintain competency compliance, and mentor installation teams.
• Represent hirify.global in client, contractor, management, incident, litigation, and insurance-related discussions.

Requirements

• Recognised Health and Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or equivalent, minimum Level 3.
• Experience with general Health and Safety systems, risk assessments, safety assessments, and accident investigation/RCA.
• Experience working with and being audited against ISO45001; Lead Auditor ISO45001 qualification.
• Experience leading internal training for managers and employees.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Forms.
• Experience in lifting and rigging and in lifts and escalators installation works, with strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Tech IOSH Diploma Level qualification.
• Knowledge of IT solutions used in quality and safety.
