Field Enablement & Technical Training Lead

Location: Fully remote or in-office in Lakewood, Colorado; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop technical training content and a 100–400 level competency-based curriculum for field and field-support teams.
• Ensure field personnel have the required safety training and represent field services in Safety Committee activities.
• Maintain qualification records, technical aptitude ratings, and scheduling tools to support staffing and field deployments.
• Manage electrical field equipment, including maintenance and calibration, and audit testing, troubleshooting, investigation, and construction reports.
• Support project documentation, cost estimates, budgets, studies, and quality reviews of engineering and field deliverables.
• Research recurring client infrastructure and asset-health needs and develop future OpEX business plans and client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology; an Electric Power option is preferred.
• 4+ years of engineering or relevant field experience.
• Experience with apparatus testing, NETA standards, and Omicron test equipment.
• Strong understanding of relaying schemes and principles, with client-facing technical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, coach, or develop technical professionals.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; a strong command of English and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Nice to have

• FE or PE licensure.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting SCADA systems.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Interest in AI tools and training-aid use cases.
