  • Strong knowledge of reliability, load flow, stability, short circuit, voltage regulation, transients, power factor, losses, and power delivery system operation.
  • Familiarity with NERC, NPCC, and ISO-NE transmission planning reliability standards and ISO-NE transmission planning procedures.
  • Experience with transmission analysis tools such as PSSE, TARA, EMS, ASPEN, PROMOD, PowerWorld, PSCAD, or similar software.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring immigration-related sponsorship to start employment will not be considered.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Power Systems Engineering.
  • Experience with engineering economics and regional transmission expansion studies.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hybrid work-life balance with scheduling based on role responsibilities, operational needs, and team dynamics.
