Senior Network Engagement Lead (Behavioral Health)

Location: Remote (United States); periodic work travel required

What you will do

• Configure OpenBeds and Crisis systems, create organizations and users, and drive initial adoption.
• Lead onboarding, training, follow-up outreach, and early adoption support for behavioral health providers.
• Build trusted relationships with state agencies, Medicaid stakeholders, providers, and internal account management teams.
• Drive statewide network growth, utilization, retention, and progress toward state-level KPIs.
• Provide adoption insights, status reporting, risk escalation, and recommendations to state partners and internal leadership.
• Identify scalable implementation improvements and apply AI or automation tools to workflows such as documentation, task routing, and data parsing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, account management, or a related area.
• Experience building relationships with state agencies, government partners, or external stakeholders.
• Experience with software implementation, project management, end-user training, or change management.
• Familiarity with healthcare delivery systems, especially behavioral health.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment from the United States and travel periodically.
