Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Birmingham, UK; in-person work at the Birmingham hub 3 days a week and within commuting distance of a hub required. Relocation support may be available for certain roles.

hirify.global is a SaaS platform for business travel and spend management, automating travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and related workflows.

What you will do

• Own the onboarding of Premium and Pro customers from signup through launch and early adoption.
• Collect customer requirements and define tailored implementation and change-management strategies.
• Configure customer accounts, support integrations and open APIs, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage implementation timelines, rollout plans, risks, issues, and internal project contributors.
• Deliver tailored training for key stakeholders, executives, and company-wide users.
• Monitor post-launch booking behaviour and provide recommendations to improve adoption and long-term success.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in implementation, sales, customer care, account management, project management, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects and exceeding targets or expectations.
• Fluent English with strong comprehension, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid project management, persuasive communication, technical or business acumen, and customer-focused quality control skills.
• Basic understanding of integrations and open APIs, with strong problem-solving and process-optimization abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and demonstrate continuous improvement.
