Engagement Manager - Enterprise

What you will do

• Lead portfolios of interconnected projects and large, multi-year programs for strategic enterprise clients.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, change orders, risks, delivery KPIs, and project dependencies across concurrent engagements.
• Build executive stakeholder relationships, provide strategic guidance, and present progress updates and risks.
• Oversee engagement financial health, including forecasting, profitability, budgets, revenue, and reporting.
• Coordinate staffing and internal and external resources to maintain delivery quality and efficiency.
• Partner with sales to identify account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project and program management experience in professional services or consulting.
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects valued above $1 million and portfolios of enterprise engagements.
• Expertise in project delivery finances, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, and reporting.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including experience with C-suite stakeholders.
• Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, escalation management, and risk management skills.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira and Confluence, plus program governance practices.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• PMP, PgMP, CSM, or another relevant professional certification.
• Understanding of cloud-native technologies, ideally AWS, data processing, or analytics.
• Change management and business development experience within large organizations.
