SAP Implementation Manager (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role requiring on-site work in San Jose, California three days per week. Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status or eligibility for access under applicable U.S. export regulations.

Salary: $177,000–$201,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the greenfield migration of financial tools and processes to SAP and drive the implementation through go-live.
• Coordinate internal and external resources across finance, IT, leadership, and implementation stakeholders.
• Establish project governance, steering committee structures, and executive reporting processes.
• Lead discussions with senior leadership and the board while maintaining clear communication across organizational levels.
• Support integration of ERP, MES, PLM, and supply chain systems to automate inter-functional handoffs.
• Maintain scope discipline, resolve delivery blockers, and improve implementation efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management or Program Management experience.
• 5+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Experience successfully steering finance and ERP systems through go-live.
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information under applicable U.S. Government regulations.

• Recent greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
