Enterprise Transformation, Senior Lead (Financial Systems)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work from the NYC office 3 days per week

Salary: $178,500–$210,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Serve as the enterprise design authority for transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Define how initiatives are structured, sequenced, and delivered at scale.
• Translate complex business needs into clear strategic direction and actionable recommendations.
• Resolve cross-functional dependencies, surface trade-offs, and align Finance, Engineering, and Operations partners.
• Identify gaps between current systems and business goals and recommend scalable improvements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation or financial systems initiatives at scale.
• Ability to develop clear, logical frameworks for complex and ambiguous problems.
• Experience presenting strategies and recommendations to executive audiences and gaining alignment without direct authority.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions across finance, operations, and engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies in large, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial or ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
