Enterprise Transformation Senior Lead

Location: New York City; hybrid work from the NYC office 3 days per week

Salary: $178,500–$210,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Serve as the enterprise design authority for transformation initiatives, defining their structure and sequencing.
• Shape strategic decisions by translating complex business needs into clear, actionable direction.
• Resolve cross-functional dependencies, surface trade-offs, and align partners on decisions.
• Identify gaps between current systems and business goals and recommend scalable improvements.
• Partner with leaders across Finance, Engineering, and Operations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation or financial systems initiatives at scale.
• Ability to develop clear frameworks for complex and ambiguous problems.
• Experience presenting strategies and recommendations to executive audiences and earning alignment without direct authority.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions across finance, operations, and engineering.
• Ability to work from the NYC office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies in large, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial or ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
