Location: Remote, United States
Salary: $75,000–$95,000 USD annually, plus discretionary annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based data solutions supporting client deliverables and product needs.
- Build and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and other database objects.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for integrating, transforming, and validating large datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, reconciliation, data quality checks, and root cause analysis.
- Translate business, delivery, and client requirements into reliable, scalable SQL solutions.
- Support production systems, document data processes, participate in code reviews, and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of production experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and data transformations.
- Experience building ETL processes, working with large datasets, data modeling, validation, and data quality checks.
- Strong knowledge of query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD concepts, or similar tools, along with strong communication and independent task management skills.

- Exposure to C#, APIs, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, or frontend frameworks.
