Inventory Associate (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Prioritize and execute daily inventory tasks with the Operations team.
• Assist with cycle counting and maintain inventory compliance.
• Store products according to company standards and maintain accurate physical and system locations.
• Support order picking, shelving, inbound and outbound fulfillment processes.
• Meet or exceed goals for inventory accuracy, picking, and shelving.
• Provide guidance on inventory processes, products, and order status while adapting to evolving methods.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an inventory control setting.
• Experience with order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking, and inbound/outbound operations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk during work and lift up to 50 lbs.
