Salary: $83,400–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple global Agile teams.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and build a collaborative environment focused on team performance.
• Coordinate Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and System Demos.
• Align Product Management, System Architects, and stakeholders around delivery of value.
• Track and communicate delivery metrics while driving SAFe adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Certified SAFe 6.0.
• Experience managing multiple Agile teams within a value stream.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographic locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar role within a large-scale Agile transformation.
• Technical hardware or firmware project management experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related Agile tools.
