Location: New York or San Francisco; on-site

Salary: $149,000–$175,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across engineering, product, and data.
• Source, assess, and close high-caliber technical candidates with speed and precision.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers by providing market intelligence and challenging misaligned job descriptions, compensation, and interview processes.
• Communicate hirify.global’s technical and regulated-finance product thesis to attract exceptional talent.
• Design precise, human, high-trust candidate experiences from outreach through onboarding.
• Build repeatable recruiting systems, including job descriptions, interview loops, sourcing playbooks, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Proven success closing technical roles in engineering, product, and data within high-growth or complex environments.
• Concrete experience experimenting with AI tools, automating workflows, and evaluating what worked.
• High agency, ownership, resilience, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.
• Ability to translate complex technical or regulated businesses into compelling talent narratives.
• Strong pattern recognition, data instincts, communication skills, and experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
• Ability to work on-site in New York or San Francisco.
