What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process, including project planning, system configuration, testing, and go-live coordination.
• Manage customer-specific data feeds and integrations, ensuring accurate data exchange between systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the launch process.
• Identify and mitigate risks or blockers to ensure implementation milestones are met on time.
• Optimize onboarding workflows and implementation processes to support organizational scaling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation Management, Customer Success, or Project Management.
• Experience in a digital health solution environment involving benefits administration.
• Strong technical aptitude for managing data feeds, integrations, and system configurations.
• Ability to manage complex ecosystem vendor partners within healthcare and benefit programs.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and building stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
