Senior Technical Implementation Partner (Inpatient Capacity)

Location: Remote, United States; travel up to 25%–30% required.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Define and manage timelines for enterprise-wide, multi-module SaaS deployments, initially focused on Inpatient Capacity.
• Lead the full deployment lifecycle from project kickoff through go-live, managing priorities, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate with data integration, clinical operations, product, technical, and client teams to design and implement solutions.
• Build relationships with hospital stakeholders ranging from frontline staff and care coordinators to executives, physicians, surgeons, and IT teams.
• Drive workflow adoption, establish measurable business outcomes, and communicate hirify.global’s value to customers.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead complex engagements with matrixed teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience delivering enterprise-wide SaaS implementations.
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting, digital health, or a health system.
• 5+ years of cross-functional experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles and milestones.
• Experience with Epic integrations and build, including certification in IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, Ambulatory, or related modules.
• Deep knowledge of inpatient metrics, processes, challenges, and healthcare provider environments, including complex EHR implementations.
• Proficiency with data validation dashboards, Java or SQL code interpretation, and complex Excel functions.

Nice to have

• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience with HL7/FHIR integrations.
• Experience working with clinical or process consultants.
• PMP certification.
