What you will do
- Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders for Workday implementations and enhancements.
- Analyze Workday workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for configuration and development teams.
- Assist with Workday module configuration and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Train and support end-users while monitoring Workday updates and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on Workday implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll modules.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, UAT, and end-user training.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
