What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for the ADOT MVD MAX Solution.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions to align business goals.
• Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, and detailed functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis and assess business impacts, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure implemented solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise application implementations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Direct knowledge of the ADOT MVD MAX Solution.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and bridge the gap between business and IT functions.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting government or public sector technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
