Business Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; ability to travel to the client site in San Antonio 4–6 times per year is required. Must be a US citizen.

What you will do

• Engage stakeholders and develop functional requirements and design documents.
• Construct test plans and scripts, lead user acceptance testing, and perform application testing.
• Facilitate Scrum activities as part of an integrated agile team.
• Create analytical reports, user documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Demonstrate new application functionality and troubleshoot user feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in requirements development, user acceptance testing, and/or Scrum facilitation.
• US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required.
• Must pass a drug and background check.
• Ability to travel to the San Antonio client site 4–6 times per year.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to engage stakeholders virtually and in person.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience developing UAT best practices and collaborating with software developers during testing.
• Experience working on an agile team.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or federal government asset management practices, particularly for the Air Force.
