Supervisor Production II (FinTech)

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for FinTech kiosks, including mechanical assembly, electrical integration, software loading, testing, and final configuration.
• Manage production schedules, staffing, workflow, resources, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with Quality Engineering to investigate defects, implement corrective actions, and improve process control.
• Support new product introductions, production ramp-ups, manufacturing readiness, and scalable process development.
• Supervise, coach, train, schedule, and develop production employees and team leads.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Planning, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Operations to resolve constraints and support manufacturing objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, production planning, quality systems, NPI, production ramp-up, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective actions, process optimization, ERP/MRP systems, and manufacturing reporting tools.
• Ability to lead electromechanical assembly, electrical testing, system configuration, software imaging, and final product validation activities.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, safety leadership, and employee development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial service kiosks, payment devices, gaming peripherals, ATM manufacturing, self-service technology, electronics, or related industries.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
