Manufacturing Supervisor (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Brighton, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $83,000–$95,000 annually plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate assembly and electrical integration leads and technicians across five assembly lines.
• Manage assigned manufacturing projects and performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Develop production strategies, schedules, resource plans, manufacturing processes, hazard analyses, and safety procedures.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools to deliver measurable and sustainable operational improvements.
• Lead, mentor, develop, and retain production team members while promoting safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, the Director of Manufacturing, customers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Technical experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for supervising crews.
• Experience or demonstrated skill with electrical and mechanical designs.
• Ability to resolve operational issues, make recommendations, and coordinate tasks under established procedures.
• Experience overseeing manufacturing processes, equipment, execution strategies, safety procedures, and team member skill assessments.
• Must be able to participate in the drug and alcohol program and pass a background check.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with modular data center or power distribution center equipment.
• Master Electrician qualification.
