Salary: $69,800–$100,338 annually, plus a targeted annual bonus of 5%.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop production staff while maintaining a safe, clean, and audit-ready facility.
• Oversee daily production flow, troubleshoot operational issues, and improve efficiency and cost control.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, maintain union employee records, and uphold contract terms.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Warehouse, and Maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
• Promote safety through training, investigations, preventive measures, and compliance with facility procedures.
• Report daily KPIs and drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and visual management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production leadership.
• Strong leadership, team development, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with inventory control and ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, food manufacturing, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in active factory conditions, including regular lifting of up to 25 lbs with occasional heavier lifting assisted by others.
