People and Culture Associate (Web3)

Location: New York, NY; primarily in-person at the Midtown, NYC headquarters, with optional work-from-home Fridays.

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity, performance incentives, and benefits.

hirify.global builds infrastructure for consumer-facing fintech applications, including onboarding, account access, and money movement for blockchain-based systems.

What you will do

• Design and execute onboarding, culture, engagement, and company values programs.
• Drive performance cycles, engagement surveys, organizational design, and growth updates.
• Track people metrics such as attrition, headcount, engagement, and DEI, translating data into leadership recommendations.
• Build reporting dashboards and present people insights to the Head of People & Culture and C-suite.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations on HR operations, policies, workflows, and employee support.
• Support organizational changes and implement change management frameworks that maintain clear communication and trust.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of progressive HR or People & Culture experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including dashboard building and presenting data-driven narratives to leadership.
• Experience supporting or leading change management initiatives.
• Solid generalist HR foundation, including HR operations, employee relations, and people programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, self-direction, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Curiosity about Web3, blockchain, or crypto and proficiency with Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Ramp, and HRIS platforms.
