What you will do

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with high confidentiality.
• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires including orientation and documentation.
• Drive employee experience initiatives, welfare programs, and team-building activities.
• Provide guidance on US and UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Partner cross-functionally with managers to resolve HR queries and support employee relations.
• Analyze HR data and generate reports to identify trends and improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People & Culture, HR, or Operations.
• Strong knowledge of United States employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven track record in a centralized, global People & Culture team.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Google Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work outside of normal hours to facilitate global support.
