What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and business decisions.
• Oversee operations across all business units, including process improvement, workflow automation, performance monitoring, budgeting, and risk management.
• Assess and redesign workflows using automation technologies, including AI, and implement tools that improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, functional managers, suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Establish KPIs, use data analytics for decision-making, and ensure quality, compliance, and service delivery standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team and provide decisive leadership during high-priority crises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of operations management leadership experience focused on process improvement and automation.
• Proven experience implementing automation technologies in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Experience with project management, operations management tools, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms.
• Ability to travel approximately 5–10% as required.

• MBA qualification.
• Experience adopting and implementing AI to streamline operations or improve products.
