Loman is building an AI operating system for restaurants through a voice platform that answers calls, takes orders, books reservations, handles FAQs, and integrates with restaurant POS and reservation systems.

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional operational execution, establish operating cadence, and improve KPI accountability.
• Build workflows, SOPs, internal systems, dashboards, and scalable processes while identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Implement AI agents, copilots, and automation using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Perplexity, Notion AI, and Zapier.
• Oversee payroll coordination, vendor relationships, budgeting, expense management, reporting, and operational finance workflows.
• Coordinate field marketing, conferences, restaurant events, customer activations, sales operations, and onboarding initiatives.
• Act as an extension of the CEO by preparing analyses, coordinating leadership meetings, tracking execution, and driving follow-through.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, startup operations, Chief of Staff, business operations, or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting executives or founders and owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong operational leadership, analytical thinking, judgment, prioritization, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments, context-switch across functions, and maintain high ownership.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI to automate workflows, improve decision-making, reduce repetitive work, and increase output quality.
• Experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS startups is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality technology, or vertical SaaS.
• Experience implementing AI automations or internal AI systems.
• Familiarity with payroll, HR operations, finance operations, SQL, analytics, or no-code automation tools.
• Prior founder or startup experience and experience scaling early-stage operational infrastructure.
