What you will do

• Lead Customer Operations support and strategy functions, including Operations Enablement, Training and Knowledge Management, Launches, and Quality Assurance.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with managers to execute performance initiatives.
• Build process improvement capabilities and feedback loops between quality assurance and training.
• Partner with development, product, sales, and technical teams to operationalize new tools, products, features, and partnerships.
• Lead projects that enable customer self-service and improve customer experience.
• Coach functional leaders and develop training, competency, and certification programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Demonstrated process improvement and operational discipline in a high-volume, service-oriented environment.
• Strong project management skills for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing and mentoring managers and building cross-functional relationships.
• Data fluency, sound judgment, and the ability to operationalize solutions in a rapidly evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences experience.
• Experience interacting with care teams or sales organizations.
• Experience building agentic workflows or applying AI and automation to operational problems.
• Change management or organizational and systems integration experience.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
