Location: Onsite in Salem, Oregon, United States. All roles are U.S.-based, and candidates must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $103,000–$133,000 USD annually.

A robotics product company developing and commercially deploying humanoid robots for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule and production work orders in the ERP system.
  • Optimize schedules around material availability, labor constraints, machinery capacity, bill-of-material layers, and production-cell cycle times.
  • Track schedule attainment, work order aging, missed output, change requests, and material movements.
  • Identify production risks and coordinate mitigation activities with planning, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, inventory, quality, and other teams.
  • Lead scheduling meetings and provide clear production visibility across departments.
  • Create non-standard work orders for material transformations, rework, repairs, and comparative production simulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations management, sciences, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of production scheduling experience in a complex, low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ERP/MRP skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes, material planning, and order processing times.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF CPF, or a related certification.
