What you will do
- Plan, monitor, and adjust production activities across a 13-week horizon to deliver the master production schedule.
- Validate capacity, identify bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and drive gap closure and capacity decisions.
- Manage material availability, mitigate shortages, and improve inventory, work-in-progress, cycle time, and delivery performance.
- Analyze production progress, risks, constraints, and scenarios for monthly and quarterly planning updates.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, material handling, and engineering stakeholders.
- Track KPIs, create Excel-based reports, support ERP planning, act as a subject matter expert, and lead a cross-functional improvement project.
Requirements
- At least two years of planning or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least one year of experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
- At least two years of stakeholder management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex functions, formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and charts.
- Knowledge of Lean methodology or other continuous improvement methods, plus experience planning at least one new product introduction.
- Ability to work onsite in a cleanroom on rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, including a compressed three-to-four-day work week, and authorization to access controlled United States technology.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or communications.
- APICS certification in manufacturing planning, supply chain, project management, engineering, or master data configuration.
