Production Unit Leader, NEE (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Direct, plan, and execute the strategic plan for manufacturing operations at the Neenah plant.
• Manage internal projects, production metrics, service impacts, and manufacturing schedules.
• Lead operations involving more than 80 employees across multiple trade areas.
• Implement Lean Enterprise practices, including 5S, TPM, SWI, and PDCA.
• Ensure manufacturing capabilities meet cost, quality, responsiveness, industry, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales on production scheduling, estimating, work-in-process reporting, and related manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, associate degree, or equivalent education and industry experience.
• Effective written and oral English communication skills are required.
• Presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and data management skills.
• Experience managing 80 or more personnel across multiple trade areas.
• Experience with ERP systems such as LN or SAP.
• Ability to develop operational objectives, short- and long-term plans, budgets, and financial estimates.
