Manufacturing Supervisor (Snow Product)

Location: Onsite at Plant 3 in Brillion, Wisconsin, United States.

What you will do

• Manage daily production-floor operations, including scheduling, staffing, training, troubleshooting, and safety compliance.
• Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop manufacturing team members while taking corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate departmental activities to meet production schedules and improve overall equipment effectiveness, takt time, and lead time.
• Collaborate across departments to improve productivity, product quality, and customer outcomes.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve processes, reduce waste, and expand operational capabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of related work experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop people.
• Working knowledge of lean tools such as 6S and Kaizen.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
