What you will do

• Manage human and technical resources to achieve production goals and optimize overall efficiency.
• Lead assembly teams, translating production objectives into clear daily priorities and tasks.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean principles, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies to enhance processes and performance.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards to promote an incident-free culture.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and regular feedback to production employees for professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical or mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience with wind turbines, industrial, or automotive electrical or mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms and SAP ERP systems.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to achieve crane operator certification.
