Sr. Director, Product Management - Patient Access Technology (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, value propositions, and backlogs for patient access technology solutions.
• Translate business, client, operational, and patient needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities.
• Partner with operations, project management, regulatory, quality, engineering, architecture, security, privacy, data governance, finance, pricing, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Lead strategic client engagements, governance forums, bid defenses, business development initiatives, product positioning, launches, and portfolio growth.
• Evaluate client commitments, business cases, budgets, dependencies, risks, feasibility, regulatory implications, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive activity to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, patient support services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with product strategy, backlog management, feature prioritization, agile development, and requirements definition.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with clients, executives, technical teams, and cross-functional leaders.
• Ability to balance commercial priorities, technical feasibility, patient needs, regulatory requirements, and business value.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, patient access, affordability, copay, or patient assistance programs is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Product Owner certification such as CSPO or an equivalent credential.
• Experience with technology or AI governance, data-driven product development, or enterprise healthcare technology.
