Enterprise Product Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own enterprise product surfaces end to end including discovery, design, implementation, QA, release, and iteration.
• Ship production code across toolkits, SDKs, auth flows, admin surfaces, deployment tooling, and customer-facing features.
• Collaborate with FDE, customers, and core engineering to translate field pain into product requirements and primitives.
• Build evaluation and QA loops to ensure enterprise workflows are reliable.
• Write specs, documentation, launch notes, and customer updates to facilitate adoption.

Requirements

• On-site presence in San Francisco, United States
• Product-minded engineer with ability to turn workflows into clean product and ship code.
• Experience with enterprise integrations including OAuth, consent, scopes, service accounts, webhooks, rate limits, and complex API behavior.
• Customer ownership from initial conversation to live usage.
• AI native experience with language models, agents, MCP, evals, and tool choice.
• Strong systems judgment including rollout/rollback paths, security exposure, version skew, and maintainability.
• Clear writing skills for specs, docs, and customer updates under deadlines.

Nice to have

• Python in production; TypeScript is a plus.
• Background in API platforms, iPaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or integration-heavy roles.
• Experience as FDE, solutions architect, sales engineer, or enterprise product engineer.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Temporal, Postgres, Replicated, cloud secret managers, or packaged self-hosted delivery.
• Exposure to security and compliance programs such as SOC 2, Vanta, CVE triage, or RCAs.
