Technical Product Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site at the office in Los Angeles (Westwood), United States

Salary: $170,000–$240,000 annual base compensation, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Drive the infrastructure, security, and reliability product roadmap for the GPU cloud marketplace.
• Define specifications from non-functional requirements and guide initiatives through delivery.
• Improve scalability and performance across databases, core systems, and end-to-end latency.
• Strengthen platform security, trust, abuse prevention, and enterprise compliance capabilities.
• Own observability, metrics, tracing, and infrastructure tooling for platform and host fleet health.
• Track platform uptime, fleet reliability, and cost-to-serve metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience and 3+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on experience with security, scalability, reliability at scale, infrastructure tooling, distributed systems, observability, abuse or fraud prevention, or compliance.
• Industry experience in software infrastructure, developer tooling, AI/ML, cloud computing, GPUs, or two-sided marketplaces.
• Experience with Python, C++, SQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Linux, Docker, AWS, Terraform, REST APIs, and LLMs or AI agents.
• Experience working at a fast-paced startup or rapid-growth team.

Nice to have

• Experience building infrastructure for AI agents and the AI computing ecosystem.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to executives and engineering teams.
