What you will do
- Partner with operational leaders across supply chain, manufacturing, and data center deployment to drive insight and action.
- Build and maintain KPI standards, dashboards, and operating packets for decision-quality reporting.
- Design and run operating cadence including weekly and monthly performance reviews to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- Drive process redesign and adoption to improve throughput, cycle time, quality, and predictability.
- Ensure data quality and reconciliation between operational and finance systems.
- Deliver clear executive communication to separate signal from noise and drive action.
Requirements
- On-site work at Sunnyvale office, United States
- 6 to 10 years of experience with demonstrated impact and judgment.
- 2+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar).
- Experience driving operational change in scaling companies.
- Strong analytical skills, high agency, and systems thinking.
- Technical fluency with SQL, Python, or similar tools preferred.
- Clear executive communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in hardware, semiconductor, manufacturing, supply chain, or data center operations.
- Track record of building KPI architectures and operating cadences from scratch.
- Experience partnering with COO, C-suite, or VP-level operational leaders.
