What you will do

• Embed with homebuilder teams to discover plan assets, establish sources of truth, and document plan variation.
• Define the searchable plan library, analytics dashboard, and agent-enabled natural-language search experience.
• Tune AI-based floorplan translation and classification capabilities to convert drawings into structured data.
• Query plan data directly, build against internal APIs, and ship working capabilities to users.
• Set delivery acceptance criteria for data coverage, field completeness, and QA error thresholds.
• Partner with engineering, QA, intake, client strategy, and executive stakeholders while creating reusable forward-deployed playbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including customer-facing or deployed work such as enterprise implementations, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or professional services.
• Hands-on technical fluency with SQL, notebooks, APIs, and direct data investigation.
• Experience rapidly prototyping with tools such as Cursor, Replit, or V0.dev.
• Experience defining structured data models, taxonomies, or classification schemes and driving adoption.
• Strong judgment about data quality, business impact, and accuracy requirements.
• Ability to travel to client sites and company events up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, architecture, or AEC technology.
• Experience with agent-based or natural-language search, RAG systems, or LLM-powered analytics.
• Exposure to geometric or spatial data, CAD/BIM, computer vision, similarity, or clustering methods.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise data migrations or ingestion programs.
• Experience building a new team, practice, or delivery model from zero.
