TL;DR

Product Manager (AI): Define and scale the integrations, developer experience, deployment models, and enterprise controls that enable customers to build and run conversational AI agents, with an accent on API platforms, security, data handling, and partner ecosystems. Focus on designing extensible product foundations, solving complex integration and deployment challenges across legacy enterprise systems, and accelerating enterprise AI adoption.

Location: San Francisco office; this is an in-office role.

Salary: $232K–$290K base salary plus equity.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for developer experience, integrations, channels, and enterprise readiness.
• Own product initiatives from discovery and scoping through launch and adoption.
• Determine which capabilities to build natively, make self-service, or expose for customer and partner extensions.
• Partner with infrastructure and security teams on data handling, retention, residency, and deployment requirements.
• Drive channel and partner expansion with go-to-market and business development teams, including marketplace listings and co-sell motions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, engineering, research, founding, or a related field.
• Experience building integrations, API platforms, or developer-facing products used by engineers.
• Experience shipping products involving many systems, inconsistent APIs, and complex integration requirements.
• Understanding of enterprise security reviews, data handling, compliance artifacts, and deployment constraints.
• Strong technical acumen across APIs, authentication, deployment models, and system design.
• Comfort working with enterprise customers during technical evaluations and security reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience with iPaaS, SDKs, RPA, browser automation, or API platforms.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, PCI, data privacy, and data residency requirements.
• Experience with regulated industries, headless or single-tenant deployments, on-premise products, or partner ecosystems.
• Experience at a startup or high-growth company.
