What you will do

• Lead and manage consultants across multiple client engagements.
• Plan, execute, and deliver medium to large projects, including multi-product initiatives and complex integrations.
• Act as a senior client contact, manage escalations, and align project outcomes with customer business goals.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, margins, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate in-house consultants, third-party providers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, project scoping, upsell opportunities, and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of management experience focused on complex engagements.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of software asset management, IT infrastructure, emerging cloud technologies, and hirify.global products.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams in a client-facing consulting environment.
