Product Manager for Recruiting (HR Technology)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for recruiting platforms and related tools.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements using stakeholder input and market research.
• Collaborate with HR, engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver recruiting solutions.
• Engage internal users, conduct training sessions and product demonstrations, and gather feedback.
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and improve workflows using user data and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with recruiting, HR technology, or related software products.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and challenges.
• Experience defining and implementing product strategies and managing product lifecycles.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, United States.

Nice to have

• Basic asset management knowledge.
• Understanding of risk and controls.
• Experience within a PMO structure.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation deck creation skills.
• 8–10+ years of experience.
