Product Manager (Fluid System Analysis Software)

Location: Remote within the United States. Standard working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for U.S.-based employees.

Salary: USD 130,000–145,000 yearly, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Pipe-Flo legacy solutions and the next-generation cloud platform.
• Drive the transition to the cloud platform and accelerate customer adoption of new capabilities.
• Conduct customer discovery and market engagement to validate needs and inform product decisions.
• Coordinate product delivery across engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Support pricing, packaging, commercialization, revenue growth, and customer retention initiatives.
• Champion AI-powered capabilities and emerging technologies to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Ability to develop and communicate product roadmaps using customer and market data.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development teams and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Familiarity with AI tools, workflows, and strategies for improving product outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with engineering, simulation, industrial, or manufacturing software.
• Background in cloud modernization and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with subscription business models and SaaS metrics.
• Experience launching products with embedded AI capabilities.
