Sr Product Manager (Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States. Primarily an office-based role with physical and site presence requirements.

What you will do

• Lead the product vision, roadmap, and evolution of enterprise data, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Translate data and AI strategy into a prioritized roadmap tied to business impact and measurable outcomes.
• Establish lean product lifecycle practices covering intake, prioritization, release planning, and governance.
• Coordinate delivery across data engineering, analytics, and AI teams while managing dependencies.
• Align technology teams, business stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives around product priorities.
• Lead rollout, enablement, feedback, and change management programs to drive adoption and sustained utilization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management and/or enterprise program leadership experience.
• Experience delivering platform-scale or data-driven products in large enterprise environments.
• Experience launching or scaling data products, analytics solutions, AI-enabled capabilities, or enterprise platform programs.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, analytics ecosystems, AI/ML capabilities, Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and KPI definition.
• Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives, without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
