Trainer, Customer Implementation (Specialty Pharmacy)

Location: Remote; must be able to travel up to 80%

What you will do

• Design and implement a strategic training framework for clinical staff using e-learning, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training.
• Develop training programs for specialty pharmacy workflows, including dispensing, patient care, prior authorization, financial assistance, communication, technology, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver onboarding, retraining, coaching, and as-needed training sessions for customer clinics.
• Create, maintain, and update training materials and manage an accessible repository of training resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, trainee performance monitoring, and competency reporting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Quality, People Ops, clinical leaders, supervisors, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a trainer or educator in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflow, clinical guidelines, and specialty pharmacy regulatory requirements.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, and e-learning tools or platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Nice to have

• Experience in specialty pharmacy operations.
• Training or education certification, such as ATD or CPT.
