What you will do

• Deliver hands-on in-person training at customer facilities across the continental US.
• Lead engaging virtual training sessions for remote customers, adapting delivery for digital formats.
• Partner with the Training Content Lead to identify needs and customize materials for individual customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure training reflects the latest platform capabilities.
• Monitor customer progress during sessions and provide follow-up guidance to reinforce learning.
• Gather session feedback to continuously sharpen the training approach.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct customer training experience for highly technical enterprise software solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Comfort traveling up to 50% of the time to customer locations across the US.
• Proven experience delivering both in-person and virtual training in a classroom-style setting.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with high EQ.
• Ability to customize training materials for different customers and audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling or BIM software.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance training materials.
