Software Trainer I (Dental Technology)

Location: Remote within the United States with up to 10% travel; not currently hiring residents of North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Delaware, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories.

Salary: $41,000–$48,000 base salary, plus a target bonus.

What you will do

• Facilitate remote training sessions for new and existing dental practice customers using standardized curricula.
• Deliver instruction, provide post-training documentation, and schedule follow-up sessions or webinars.
• Coordinate Core and eServices training with Implementation team members.
• Document customer sessions in the CRM and use multiple software platforms to retrieve and monitor customer data.
• Assist Support team members with resolving customer technical issues.
• Manage calendars, communications, productivity targets, special projects, and customer satisfaction goals, including 75% phone-based work time and a 90%+ CSAT target.

Requirements

• Typically 4 or more years of related experience.
• High school diploma with vocational or on-the-job training; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Professional training experience and familiarity with dental industry practices or practice management software.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, email, data entry, and AS400 or a comparable system.
• Strong time management, prioritization, attention to detail, multitasking, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
