Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote USA

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 per year. Compensation for candidates hired in Canada is provided in Canadian dollars and may differ due to currency conversion.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close multiple customer implementation projects.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and align goals, deliverables, expectations, and communications.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, and structured change control.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies for scope, budget, and timeline changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation, status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned.
• Provide project updates to customers and leadership while improving execution practices and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of project management experience, including required experience in a SaaS company.
• Experience with SaaS implementations, professional services, or enterprise software deployments.
• Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or related financial software.
• PMP certification.
