What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer implementation projects.
• Build customer stakeholder relationships and align expectations, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, and documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies through structured change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide progress updates to customers and leadership.
• Apply project management best practices and continuous improvement methods to strengthen execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of project management experience, including required experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with SaaS implementations, professional services, or enterprise software deployments.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or related financial software.
• PMP certification.
