Product Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end experiences across hirify.global’s product surfaces.
• Translate product goals and requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• Partner with product, engineering, and brand teams to bring concepts into production.
• Use and evolve the design system with the Core Design team.
• Participate in critiques and reviews to improve product quality and clarity.
• Iterate quickly, learn from feedback, and ship regularly.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally mobile-first.
• A portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, strong interaction design, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Figma and experience working with established design systems.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain design reasoning and trade-offs.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and take work through delivery.
• Comfort using AI to augment the design process and willingness to experiment and learn.
