Machine Operator I (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Ironton, Ohio manufacturing facility; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Operate advanced fin presses, expanders, brake equipment, hairpin machinery, paint systems, welding equipment, and related manufacturing systems.
• Take precise measurements and perform mathematical calculations using calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet exact specifications.
• Maintain, configure, and adjust machinery while following preventive maintenance practices.
• Work independently and collaboratively to support manufacturing quality, safety, and production goals.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in hands-on manufacturing work.
• Ability to perform precise measurements and calculations involving decimals.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to product quality.
• Safety-conscious approach and willingness to learn multiple machine operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
