What you will do
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand and operationalize AI across creative and production workflows.
- Identify successful customer workflows and turn them into scalable playbooks, implementation strategies, and best practices.
- Advise large retail organizations on operational and organizational changes needed for AI adoption.
- Lead customer workshops, product trainings, workflow audits, and executive business reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to improve customer outcomes and influence product direction.
- Document workflow frameworks, enablement materials, customer insights, and recommendations for product strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fashion, retail, enterprise SaaS, AI workflow consulting, product operations, digital transformation, or creative systems implementation.
- Deep knowledge of fashion, retail, or product-development workflows across design, merchandising, sourcing, and production.
- Experience with generative AI and creative workflow platforms such as Midjourney, Firefly, ComfyUI, Krea, Runway, or similar tools.
- Experience leading operational change management or technology transformation in large organizations.
- Strong communication, storytelling, documentation, systems-thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into practical workflows and measurable business outcomes.
