What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance with company best practices.
• Identify complex business and technical requirements to generate winning cross-practice AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and prototypes.
• Engage and influence C-level stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO) through strategic technology conversations and workshops.
• Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners to co-create joint solutions.
• Mentor technical teams across multiple geographies within a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Practitioner, AI Consultant, or AI Architect with a track record of driving business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, UX/UI concepts, and AI-enabled digital solutions.
• Experience leading pre-sales, solutioning, and architecture engagements.
• Ability to develop AI transformation roadmaps and technical POCs.
• Must be located in or able to work from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Banking and Financial Services clients.
• Technical certifications in AI, Cloud, Data, or Architecture domains.
• Experience building or leading regional AI communities or Centers of Excellence.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or AI.
