Digital Authentication Associate

hirify.global operates digital and retail platforms for authenticated sneakers, apparel, accessories, luxury fashion, streetwear, and vintage products through GOAT, Flight Club, Grailed, and alias.

What you will do

• Review and authenticate designer apparel and footwear listings before they are made available for sale.
• Remove unsafe or non-compliant listings and verify product descriptions, sizing, condition, accessories, colorway, release information, and categorization.
• Identify inconsistencies, manipulated photos, inaccurate details, and counterfeit indicators.
• Respond to community and marketing moderation requests and review authentication defect reports.
• Participate in training and mentorship, host knowledge-sharing sessions, and improve authentication guides and checkpoints.
• Support initiatives focused on authentication consistency, quality, efficiency, defect rates, and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Work eligibility in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in designer clothing, culture, trends, footwear, and apparel.
• Strong attention to detail, consistent decision-making, independent problem-solving, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Availability to work 20–30 hours per week, including scheduled weekends and holidays.
• Availability to attend team meetings and collaborate frequently.
• Professional judgment when handling sensitive, non-public information and familiarity with the Grailed platform.
